Help Save Elephants with Elepants

How you help

For every pair of Elepants® you purchase, we will donate to the Save Elephant Foundation.

Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.
— Dalai Lama XIV

SAVE ELEPHANT FOUNDATION

Throughout the past hundred years, thousands of elephants in Thailand have been poached or sold to abusive owners. Many Elephants are beaten close to death in order to subdue to their human masters. Often these Elephants work as tourist attractions, chained, with little to no medical care, badly malnourished, and mistreated. The Save Elephant Foundation works everyday to keep Thai Elephants in their natural habitat. No riding, painting, or chains for these Elephants. Donations go directly towards keeping Elephants in a compassionate community with medical care, proper food, and land for them to walk free 24 hours a day.

Besides being a non-profit that helps Thailand's Elephants, the Save Elephant  Foundation also helps educate both local Thais and many international people. This education includes subjects such as Asian Elephants, the local ecosystem, and how to conserve and protect the current Elephant populations. The Save Elephant Foundation has tours to their nature park where visitors can learn about and see the Elephants up close. Some of the Save Elephant Foundation's goals are to lead in Asian Elephant research programs and educate the world about the declining Elephant population, and how we can get together and help.
